Boracay Prime Beach Front Property for Sale

I'm amazed at home popular Boracay has become. In the span of two years I've seen it posted as one of the top beaches in the whole world in Time Magazine, and now, being recognized by the Irish post.

Since I'm a proud Aklanon (the province where Boracay is found), it makes me feel good to see my province and it's small vacation Island highlighted by such a far European country as being the must visit place in Asia.

I'm sure someone out there would be interested in owning their own piece of Boracay. This link should help them out. Boracay Beach Front Property for Sale , the lot for sale is pretty big at 2.4 hectares. Perfect for the beach bum who values his or her privacy.

Bus Explosion in Makati (and what was not reported)

I was discussing with my mom the bus explosion that happened outside Forbes yesterday. The news reported it as near the Buendia MRT station at a bus stop, but what they did not say (maybe cause it would have made a less endearing news report) was that it happened outside Forbes Park.

Just a month ago Mom, as Barangay Chairman of Dasmarinas Village, Makati had to rush to another bus stop, but outside the Dasma perimeter, along EDSA north bound lane right before Pasay Rd.

Apparently someone rushed out of a bus and dropped a bag outside the embassy of either Iran or some other middle eastern country along the EDSA-Dasma perimeter wall. Mom rushed to the site and had the Makati Bomb Squad called in. They detonated the bomb with the whole tire thing. Good job.

Now this explosion, using the similar bus stop method, just a few kilometers away from where ours happened, but this time outside Forbes.

Aren't we just the lucky targets. Or was ours just a test for the real thing? who knows! Oh well. Good thing no one was hurt with our bomb. Sad that people got hurt with yesterday's blast :(

On our Third Year

Two years of ups and down, swing highs, lows, happy, sad, angry, excited... but it was all worth it.

Margarita Franco is the best thing that's happened to me, and I have no shame admitting it. Thanks baby for being there for me and sticking it out with all the weird, esoteric, eccentric and whatever Vic type stuff I have.

To celebrate I brought Miggie to Ninyo at Katipunan near Ateneo. A secluded restaurant where I had a special isolated table so we could enjoy our night together.

For the past years and the many to come, here's to us!

Celdran Intramuros Tour (Happy Miggie Time!)

Cause I've got someone like Miggie who just hugs me for who I am :D Thanks Bouef! We went to Intramuros for a Celdran Tour with Jean Ong.

Fort Santiago

 The guy was a real show man
 and told a different perspective of Philippine History
Fort Santiago

I've been here more than five times and its only after the Celdran Tour did I notice that the crest of the Fort had a Spaniard on top of a horse trying to slay Moros. Intense.

He had a story to tell and was passionate about it, I guess that's what makes him good at what he does.

Despite whatever controversy he's had with the church;

The guy still deserves cred for his above average tour/history performance;

Casio AWG 100

I'm excited about my new watch that Miggie ordered for me on Amazon.com.

The Casio G-Shock Atomic Time Solar Powered AWG-100!!!

Check it out:

Looks like a good sports watch that's low maintenance for those out of town roughing-it trips.
